By placing a wholesale order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Minimum Order Requirement
A minimum of 10 units per order is required. You’re free to mix and match any styles, sizes, and colors to meet this minimum—so you can order exactly what your store needs.
Wholesale Discount
Wholesale pricing is 50% off the current retail price listed on our website. This discount applies automatically at checkout when you use your assigned wholesale code.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of order. You may use any payment type accepted on alexnabby.com such as credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or ShopPay installment payments at checkout. No application or approval process is required—just register your email and meet the order minimum.
Shipping
Orders ship out within 7 business days from our Iowa warehouse to U.S. addresses. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
No Returns
All wholesale sales are final. That’s how we’re able to offer wholesale pricing and fast shipping. We encourage you to order thoughtfully and review sizing or fit details before purchasing.
Product Inspection & Replacements
You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to check everything over.
If you spot any defective items, email us at info@alexnabby.com with photos and your order number.
We’ll replace defective items with the same style (if in stock). If the exact item is no longer available, we’ll work with you to select a similar style.
Tax Exemption
No need to apply to shop wholesale with us.
However, if you’re sales tax exempt, just email a copy of your resale or exemption certificate to info@alexnabby.com. We’ll reverse any applicable sales tax charges upon verification.
