Refund policy

Items purchased from alexnabby.com may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Return items must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed.

To initiate a return and obtain a prepaid shipping label, visit your account at myaccount.alexnabby.com.  Please note that we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.

$7 will be deducted from your refund for the prepaid return shipping label.  

How to submit a RETURN REQUEST
For increased security and ease of use we've recently updated access to your alexnabby.com account. Now you've got one less password to remember.

To access your account:

  1. Visit myaccount.alexnabby.com and enter the same e-mail address used to place your order. If you use multiple e-mail addresses and are unsure which e-mail address was used, check your e-mail accounts for order confirmation and shipment e-mails from alexnabby.com.
  2. Alex + Abby will send a one-time verification code to the email address you entered
  3. Enter the 6-digit verification code emailed to you to complete your account log-in

Request a Return:

  1. Orders associated with your email address will be shown. Click the order you want to return.
  2. If your order contains multiple items, select the item(s) you want to return.
  3. Select a return reason. Add a note to share additional detail on why the item is being returned. (We truly appreciate you taking a moment to share this info with us. Thank you in advance!)
  4. Click REQUEST RETURN

Please allow 1 business day to process your request. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email once we've authorized your return.  

If you need assistance with your return, please email us at info@alexnabby.com. Include your name, order number, and the reason for the return in your email message.

 

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or other issues with your order, please contact us right away at info@alexnabby.com .

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items marked as final sale may not be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the item you received and place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been worn or washed, returns received beyond the 30-day return period, or those outside the return policy described here.
