I really wanted a pajama top that offered a little support more than a sports tank. This works both ways. At 5'9 and a muscular 180 (size 12) I might have ordered a medium for sports to get more chest support/compression but the L fits great for my purposes and light-medium impact activity. It never rides up.I ordered two comparable tanks the same day and this one is a little snugger through the torso softer and more cottony and doesn't have pads to hide nipples. The texture is my favorite advantage - many of these feel like spandex or a bathing suit but this one is much softer. The stripes are cute and the color is great. Very pleased with my purchase!
